  • Experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager required
  • Recruitment will be made in line with Employment Equity requirements

  • Customer service NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Daily follow up with customer and deposits paid for stock on order

  • Able to work and in a corporate environment and comply with company policies
  • Knowledge of the following system will be advantageous VISTA
  • Stock control and stock pipeline management
  • Customer oriented
  • Customer Satisfaction VITALLY IMPORTANT
  • Ability to build a motivated sales team
  • Target driven
  • Motor industry experience will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite
  • Computer literate (non-negotiable)
  • Team player
  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Required to work weekends, overtime if and when required (non-negotiable)
  • ENERGETIC and SELF starter.
  • OEM relationship building NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • In House Training of staff NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Current database of clients will be advantageous
  • Salary on offer (To be discussed at point of interview)
