Service Advisor
- Develop and maintain good relations with customers in the service department Provide cost estimates and advice
- Track work scheduled and give customer regular and accurate feedback
- Ensure all payments are receipted before handing over vehicle
- Explain invoice and repair work undertaken in great detail
- Ensure our Customer Score (VOC) is achieved, daily
- Clear communication skills and team player
- Time Discipline, Good Communicator, Analytical Skills
- Customer Orientation Training
- People Skills
- Computer Literate
- Experience required – 5 years minimum
- Driver’s License
