Service Advisor

  • Develop and maintain good relations with customers in the service department Provide cost estimates and advice
  • Track work scheduled and give customer regular and accurate feedback
  • Ensure all payments are receipted before handing over vehicle
  • Explain invoice and repair work undertaken in great detail
  • Ensure our Customer Score (VOC) is achieved, daily
  • Clear communication skills and team player

  • Time Discipline, Good Communicator, Analytical Skills
  • Customer Orientation Training
  • People Skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Experience required – 5 years minimum
  • Driver’s License
