Our busy workshop is looking for a full-time costing clerk who will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors. It is ESSENTIAL that you have motor dealership experience and that you have worked on Automate Evolve.

• Daily invoicing bring whip down
• Following up on daily cash outstanding
• Filing of all credit notes
• Opening and closing of PDI’S and smash and grab orders
• General workshop admin
• Costing of sublet orders
• General Administration

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Evolve Knowledge
• Positive Team member
• Min 2 years’ experience in similar role in dealership
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Target and process driven
• Strong personality
• Computer Literate
• Candidate needs to be available ASAP
• Valid drivers license
