- Experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager required
- Recruitment will be made in line with Employment Equity requirements
- Customer service NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Daily follow up with customer and deposits paid for stock on order
- Able to work and in a corporate environment and comply with company policies
- Knowledge of the following system will be advantageous VISTA
- Stock control and stock pipeline management
- Customer oriented
- Customer Satisfaction VITALLY IMPORTANT
- Ability to build a motivated sales team
- Target driven
- Motor industry experience will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite
- Computer literate (non-negotiable)
- Team player
- Matric (non-negotiable)
- Required to work weekends, overtime if and when required (non-negotiable)
- ENERGETIC and SELF starter.
- OEM relationship building NON-NEGOTIABLE
- In House Training of staff NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Current database of clients will be advantageous
- Salary on offer (To be discussed at point of interview)
