Looking for an experienced salesperson who is self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, focused and punctual. Must have good admin skills and be computer literate.

• Know the Used car market and trends
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Meets dealership sales goals
• Have the ability to carry out a “Needs Analysis” and assist the buyer accordingly
• Explains features and benefits accurately
• Does Test Drives whilst using the Track n Trace system effectively
• Can build customer confidence and close deals
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase
• Has a knowledge on how to calculate sales price, including/excluding VAT, trade-in allowance, discount, etc
• Engages in business development
• Addresses customer concerns – No comebacks or aftersales
• Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays

• Tech savy, computer literate
• Matric/Grade 12
• Good communication/can qualify customers needs
• Good telephone etiquette
• Follows the rules
• Minimum 2 years car sales experience required
• Driver’s License
