Looking for an experienced salesperson who is highly motivated and results-driven. The candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, focused, and punctual. Must have good admin skills and be computer literate.

  • Meet sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with Volvo’s product range, features, and benefits.
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and test drives to customers.
  • Negotiate sales and trade-ins to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and objectives.
  • Carry out a “Needs Analysis” and assist the buyer accordingly.
  • Conduct test drives using the Track n Trace system effectively.
  • Build customer confidence and close deals.
  • Sell optional equipment and accessories for customers to purchase.
  • Calculate sales price, including/excluding VAT, trade-in allowance, discount, etc.
  • Engage in business development.
  • Address customer concerns.
  • Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Tech savvy, computer literate.
  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Good communication skills, can qualify customers’ needs, good telephone etiquette.
  • Minimum 2 years car sales experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
