Looking for an experienced salesperson who is highly motivated and results-driven. The candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, focused, and punctual. Must have good admin skills and be computer literate.
- Meet sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with Volvo’s product range, features, and benefits.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and test drives to customers.
- Negotiate sales and trade-ins to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and objectives.
- Carry out a “Needs Analysis” and assist the buyer accordingly.
- Conduct test drives using the Track n Trace system effectively.
- Build customer confidence and close deals.
- Sell optional equipment and accessories for customers to purchase.
- Calculate sales price, including/excluding VAT, trade-in allowance, discount, etc.
- Engage in business development.
- Address customer concerns.
- Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Tech savvy, computer literate.
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Good communication skills, can qualify customers’ needs, good telephone etiquette.
- Minimum 2 years car sales experience required.
- Valid driver’s license.
