• Have the ability to carry out a “Needs Analysis” and assist the buyer accordingly.
• Explains features and benefits accurately.
• Does Test Drives whilst using the Track n Trace system effectively.
• Can build customer confidence and close deals.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Has knowledge on how to calculate sales price, including/excluding VAT, trade-in allowance, discount, etc.
• Engages in business development.
• Addresses customer concerns. No comebacks or aftersales.
• Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

• Tech savvy, computer literate
• Matric/Grade 12
• Good communication/ good telephone etiquette
• Can qualify customers needs
• follows the rules
• Minimum 2 years car sales experience required
