  • Management of the New Vehicle Sales Department with a primary focus is to achieve sales targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan, Lead, Organise and Control: Lead and motivate the sales team achieve commissioned tasks.
  • Development and implementation of effective sales strategies, to maximise revenue.
  • Strategise to create brand awareness to increase market share.
  • Create and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and CRI (Customer Retention Index) levels.
  • Ensure departmental operations are aligned to CMH Policy.
  • Ensure effective and efficient sales department operations that lead to maximum profit levels.

  • Impeccable leadership and communication qualities and exemplary deal structuring and closing attributes.
  • Diploma in sales and marketing (preferable).
  • Communication, Leadership, Negotiation, Deal Closing, Networking, CSI & Cri orientated, “Out-of-the-box” Quick thinking.
  • Experience required – 1 year experience.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Salary on offer: Experience based.
