We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to oversee customer relations within the Service Department at CMH Multi Franchise, Umhlanga.
- Must have experience in a service department environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle all customer queries with urgency and professionalism.
- Be computer literate with experience in DMS systems.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Facilitate communication between departments.
- Effectively manage a team of service advisors.
- Handle incoming queries via phone and in person.
- Demonstrate high levels of empathy and understanding of customer needs.
- Uphold professionalism and display leadership skills.
- Work well under pressure while remaining approachable.
- Analyze NPS (Net Promoter Score) data and implement customer service improvements.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with proven leadership training.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in computer systems and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be of sober habits.
